Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks including framing, drywall, and carpentry.
- Load and unload materials from trucks, ensuring proper handling and safety.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site by removing debris and organizing tools.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific protocols.
- Perform physical labor such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials as needed.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members to ensure project efficiency.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old with a valid ID.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods (standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs).
- Willingness to learn and follow safety instructions.
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts.
- Reliable transportation to the Denver worksite.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
