Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various on-site duties.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Follow all company safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and site-specific guidelines.
- Signal equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement, or placement of materials.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects weighing up to 50+ lbs on a frequent basis.
- Physical stamina to perform strenuous labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring, cutting, and estimating material needs.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early starts and overtime during peak seasons.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude.
