Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and accurately transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople, including carpenters, electricians, and general contractors, with daily tasks.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Perform site preparation tasks, including digging, shoveling, and debris removal.
- Follow blueprints and instructions to ensure accurate project execution.
- Perform basic measurements and assist with layout tasks.
Qualifications
- Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow safety protocols strictly.
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team setting.
