Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain organized work areas
- Load/unload materials and equipment at job sites
- Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Assist in building structures, roads, or infrastructure projects
- Participate in team briefings and project meetings
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide comprehensive on-the-job training
- Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and working in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Atlanta metro area
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
