Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction tasks including excavation, framing, and finishing
- Safely operate hand/power tools and construction equipment under supervision
- Load/unload materials and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Perform physical tasks including lifting (up to 50 lbs), digging, and carrying materials
- Assist in basic site preparation and cleanup operations
- Participate in team-based construction projects with daily progress goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with zero-tolerance policy for tardiness
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours daily with frequent bending/lifting
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
