Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools and light machinery under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow strict safety protocols and wear proper PPE at all times
- Participate in scaffold assembly/disassembly and temporary structure setup
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors immediately
- Complete daily task assignments efficiently while maintaining quality standards
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform strenuous outdoor work
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for material measurement and inventory
