Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, equipment operation, and site preparation tasks
- Maintain clean and organized job sites by removing debris and waste materials
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and proper PPE usage at all times
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, digging, and operating basic hand/power tools
- Support concrete work, framing, demolition, and finishing operations as directed
- Participate in daily site briefings and follow supervisor instructions precisely
- Report hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately to site supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred (not required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (required for equipment operation)
- Basic familiarity with construction tools and materials
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance standards
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification upon hiring
- Team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills
