Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespersons with construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and equipment operation
- Follow blueprints and safety protocols to ensure project compliance and workplace safety
- Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying materials, and operating hand/power tools
- Maintain clean and organized job sites by removing debris and waste materials
- Participate in team-based construction projects with punctuality and reliability
- Complete daily progress reports and assist with quality control inspections
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials (training provided)
- Strong work ethic with emphasis on safety and teamwork
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification (company-sponsored)
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
