Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, site preparation, and basic construction tasks
- Operate hand/power tools safely (hammers, saws, drills, etc.) under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and debris removal
- Support concrete work, framing, and finishing operations as assigned
- Participate in daily toolbox meetings and safety briefings
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – entry-level candidates welcome
- Must possess valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Commitment to safety protocols and PPE usage
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain)
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
