Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and equipment operation
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work areas
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment using proper techniques
- Perform demolition, excavation, and basic framing tasks under supervision
- Operate hand tools and power equipment safely
- Participate in daily site clean-up and debris removal
- Adhere to project timelines and quality standards
Qualifications
