Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other skilled trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely (saws, drills, levels, etc.) under supervision
- Perform physical tasks: digging, lifting, carrying materials (up to 50 lbs), and debris removal
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per safety standards and company protocols
- Read basic blueprints and follow verbal instructions from site supervisors
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing operations as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Willingness to work outdoors in Florida heat/humidity and variable weather
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and P compliance
- Team player with positive attitude and punctuality
