Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and leveling ground.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site safely and efficiently.
- Basic Construction Tasks: Measure, cut, and handle lumber, drywall, and other building materials under supervision.
- Equipment Support: Operate basic construction tools and machinery (e.g., forklifts, jackhammers) once trained.
- Cleanup: Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
- Assistance: Support skilled tradesmen (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with various tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome entry-level candidates looking to learn the trade.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry heavy objects for extended periods.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have access to a vehicle to commute to various job sites.
