Responsibilities
- Perform general manual labor tasks, including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, and plumbers) with daily operations.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site by removing debris and following protocols.
- Read and understand basic blueprints, diagrams, and safety instructions.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and organize them for efficient use.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Must be physically fit with the ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Valid Driver's License is preferred but not always required.
- High School Diploma or GED is a plus.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials.
