Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport building materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including carpentry, painting, and masonry.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site in compliance with safety regulations.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and site-specific protocols.
- Perform basic site preparation and demolition duties as directed.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record preferred.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and ability to read simple instructions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-oriented attitude.
- No prior construction experience required; we train the right candidates.
