Job Summary:
As a Construction Laborer, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations, assisting in the preparation, construction, and cleanup of various projects. Your work will directly contribute to the quality and safety of our builds.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Operate hand and power tools under the supervision of skilled tradespeople.
- Assist with various on-site tasks including digging, carrying, and lifting.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work site at all times.
- Follow all safety regulations and company protocols to ensure accident-free operations.
- Perform basic site preparation and cleanup duties.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for measuring and counting materials.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- No prior construction experience required; a strong work ethic is essential.
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards is a plus.
