Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including digging, mixing concrete, and cleaning work areas.
- Operate hand and power tools safely under the supervision of certified personnel.
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and free of hazards in strict compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Perform basic site preparation, including trenching, scaffolding, and debris removal.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from site supervisors and foremen.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred (or equivalent life experience).
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the USA.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are required.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure.
