Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks on residential and commercial construction sites.
- Load, unload, and transport building materials to and from the job site.
- Assist in site preparation, including digging, cleaning, and setting up scaffolding.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Collaborate with carpenters, electricians, and other trades to ensure project efficiency.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift heavy materials (50+ lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.
- Strong desire to learn the construction trade and advance your career.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred.
