Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, leveling ground, and setting up barriers.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport building materials, tools, and equipment to and from the site.
- Tool Operation: Operate hand and power tools under supervision to help with basic building tasks.
- Site Cleanup: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Crew Support: Work closely with skilled tradespeople to complete daily tasks efficiently and on time.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide on-the-job training for all candidates willing to learn.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects and standing.
