Responsibilities
- Perform basic site preparation, including loading and unloading materials and tools.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily tasks such as carpentry, framing, and finishing.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Operate and maintain construction equipment and tools safely.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from site supervisors and project managers.
- Handle physical labor for extended periods, including lifting, standing, and climbing.
Qualifications
- Willingness to learn and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
