Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks, including carpentry, masonry, and roofing.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from trucks and storage areas.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and free of debris to ensure safety.
- Operate basic construction machinery and tools (e.g., concrete mixers, forklifts) under supervision.
- Follow all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines strictly at all times.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting heavy objects, and carrying supplies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols is a plus.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver's License (preferred but not mandatory).
