Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including framing, drywall, and masonry.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Perform site preparation, digging, and cleanup duties.
- Report equipment issues or safety hazards to the site supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No prior construction experience required; we will train the right candidate.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Basic math skills and ability to read simple instructions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and team collaboration skills.
