Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and debris.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and correctly.
- Prepare job sites by clearing obstacles, digging trenches, and setting up forms.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Perform basic measurements and read blueprints or plans when necessary.
Qualifications
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow detailed instructions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
