Responsibilities
- Assist Trades: Support electricians, plumbers, carpenters, and other skilled professionals with daily tasks and operations.
- Site Prep: Prepare construction sites by cleaning, organizing, and setting up work areas.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and distribute construction materials and tools efficiently.
- Tool Operation: Safely operate power tools, hand tools, and basic heavy machinery under supervision.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Measurement & Cutting: Measure, cut, and fit materials accurately according to blueprints and instructions.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome entry-level applicants with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Driver's License: Valid Texas driver's license and reliable personal transportation are required.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Teamwork: Must be a collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
