Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials using trucks, dollies, and forklifts.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with various on-site tasks.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting forms.
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance to ensure a safe work environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and site diagrams.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations.
- Valid Driver's License (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Basic English proficiency for understanding safety instructions.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
