Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in site preparation, including digging, grading, and clearing debris to ensure a safe working environment.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment at the job site.
- Assistance: Support skilled tradesmen, such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers, by carrying supplies and performing basic tasks.
- Quality Control: Help ensure work meets quality standards and project specifications.
- Cleaning: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site by removing trash and debris.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are looking for eager learners willing to work hard.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects and standing on your feet.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to show up on time and ready to work.
- Teamwork: Excellent communication skills and a willingness to collaborate with a diverse team.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are preferred.
- Tools: Basic understanding of hand tools is a plus but not mandatory.
