Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing job sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and grading soil as directed by supervisors.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.
- Basic Construction Tasks: Perform routine duties such as mixing concrete, sweeping, cleaning, and setting up temporary structures.
- Measurements: Assist in measuring and cutting materials to ensure precise fit and alignment on the job site.
- Equipment Support: Operate and maintain basic construction tools and machinery under supervision.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and your team.
Qualifications
