Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily site tasks.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and tools efficiently.
- Perform site preparation, including digging, hauling, and cleanup.
- Operate basic construction equipment and machinery under strict supervision.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, and company protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials accurately.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- A strong work ethic, reliability, and a genuine desire to learn.
