Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, carrying, and cleaning construction sites.
- Operate hand and power tools safely under the supervision of skilled tradespeople.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks and organize job sites efficiently.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific safety protocols.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of temporary structures, scaffolding, and barricades.
- Communicate effectively with team members, foremen, and project managers.
- Perform routine inspections of work areas to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the US.
- Physically fit and capable of performing heavy lifting (up to 50+ lbs) and standing for long periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site is required.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new skills.
