Responsibilities
- Site Support: Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, framers, etc.) with various tasks on the job site.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize lumber, concrete, and other construction materials safely.
- Site Prep: Perform general site cleanup, including removal of debris, trash, and old materials.
- Tool Operation: Use basic hand and power tools under supervision, such as drills, saws, and levels.
- Transport: Operate heavy machinery or vehicles (like forklifts or pallet jacks) with proper certification.
Qualifications
- Entry Level Friendly: No prior experience required; we value attitude and work ethic over experience.
- Physical Fitness: Must be able to lift heavy loads (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods outdoors.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, hardworking, and willing to work in all weather conditions.
- Communication: Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with team leads.
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license is preferred for site access.
