Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and accurately stack construction materials at job sites.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily tasks.
- Perform general cleanup and site maintenance to ensure a safe working environment.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols strictly.
- Transport materials between job sites using company vehicles or heavy machinery.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials as directed by project managers.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting and standing.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from supervisors.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety is a plus but not mandatory.
- Reliable transportation to and from various job sites.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well within a team.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; however, we will train motivated candidates with no experience.
