Job Overview:
We are seeking reliable individuals to assist in various residential and commercial construction projects. You will work closely with our experienced foremen and tradespeople to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with daily tasks as directed.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and leveling ground.
- Perform general cleanup and maintenance of the job site.
- Follow all safety guidelines and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and counting materials.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work well in a team.
