Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials safely to and from the site.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under supervision.
- Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and general maintenance.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials as directed by the project manager.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure.
- Reliable transportation to and from the El Paso, TX job sites.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn the trade.
