Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and prepare construction materials and tools as needed for daily operations.
- Site Preparation: Assist in clearing and preparing job sites, including digging, leveling, and cleaning.
- Tool Operation: Operate basic hand and power tools safely under supervision.
- Crew Assistance: Support skilled tradespeople with various tasks to ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Waste Management: Keep work areas clean and organized to maintain a professional environment.
- Site Observation: Observe and report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor immediately.
