Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites using hand trucks, forklifts, or manual labor.
- Site Preparation: Prepare construction sites by cleaning, digging trenches, and setting up barriers.
- Equipment Support: Operate and maintain basic construction equipment and tools under supervision.
- Assistance: Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various tasks to ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Site Cleanup: Maintain a clean and safe job site by removing debris and following safety protocols.
- Documentation: Complete daily time logs and material reports accurately.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We train all new hires! A positive attitude and willingness to learn are the only prerequisites.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry heavy objects for extended periods (up to 50 lbs).
- Safety Conscious: Must adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Legal Status: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
