Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks including carpentry, masonry, and roofing.
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up scaffolding.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Perform basic site cleanup and maintain a safe work environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Must possess a valid Driver's License (preferred).
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Basic math skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
