Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Prepare and clean job sites, ensuring a safe and organized environment.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely.
- Perform site preparation work, including digging, hauling, and lifting.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Measure, cut, and handle materials according to blueprints and instructions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- No prior construction experience required; entry-level applicants are welcome!
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong willingness to learn and follow safety guidelines.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
