Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and cleanup of construction sites, ensuring a safe and organized workspace.
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment as directed by supervisors.
- Operate basic construction machinery and power tools under supervision.
- Perform physical labor tasks including digging, lifting, carrying, and moving heavy objects.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a zero-incident workplace.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members to ensure project efficiency.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices is a plus but not required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the job site.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work as part of a team.
