Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily site operations, including framing, drywall hanging, and painting.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site efficiently.
- Operate basic power tools and equipment (saws, drills) under the supervision of a foreman.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, diagrams, and site plans to understand project requirements.
- Perform general site cleanup, including debris removal and material storage.
- Support project timelines by working diligently and adhering to schedules.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license.
- Physically fit and able to stand, lift, carry, and climb for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and at heights when required.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating material quantities.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
- Ability to work well within a team and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required for entry-level candidates.
