Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks, including digging, lifting, and carrying materials to and from the job site.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under direct supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople, such as carpenters and electricians, with various tasks.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
- Follow all safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, and project instructions.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and trailers.
Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs).
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety is a plus but not required.
