Your Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily tasks, including carpentry, masonry, and general site preparation.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Perform site cleanup duties to ensure a safe and organized work environment.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials as directed by the foreman.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and heights.
