Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and moving materials across job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily installation and repair tasks.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by cleaning up debris and securing tools.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Prepare surfaces and work areas for construction activities.
- Read and understand basic blueprints and safety instructions from supervisors.
Qualifications
- Entry Level Friendly: No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Ability to perform heavy physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and climb ladders.
