Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks and project execution.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up scaffolding.
- Operate and maintain basic construction tools and heavy equipment under supervision.
- Transport materials and supplies to and from the job site.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations and site-specific protocols.
- Perform daily cleanup duties to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy loads (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended periods.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
