Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with material handling, site prep, and basic construction tasks
- Operate hand tools (hammers, saws, levels) and light machinery under supervision
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to strict safety protocols
- Load/unload equipment and materials at job sites
- Read basic blueprints and follow site supervisor instructions
- Support concrete, framing, and finishing operations
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox meetings
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we train from the ground up
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math and communication skills
- Pre-employment drug screen and background check required
