Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including digging, hauling, and debris removal.
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks and transport them to work areas.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment under the supervision of a foreman.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and site regulations strictly at all times.
- Support skilled tradespeople (carpenters, ironworkers, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Perform general cleanup of job sites to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to learn and adhere to strict safety guidelines.
- No prior experience required; we train the right candidates.
