Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites efficiently.
- Skill Assisting: Provide general support to skilled tradespeople, including carpenters, electricians, and masons.
- Site Preparation: Prepare building sites by clearing, digging, and leveling areas to ensure proper foundation work.
- Tool Operation: Safely operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by removing debris and following safety protocols.
- Weather Adaptability: Perform outdoor labor duties in various weather conditions as required by the project schedule.
Qualifications
- Physical Fitness: Must be physically able to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs), stand for long periods, and perform manual labor.
- Willingness to Learn: Entry-level candidates are welcome; we provide on-the-job training.
- Reliability: Dependable work history with a strong focus on punctuality and attendance.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
