Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen in construction tasks including excavation, framing, and concrete pouring
- Operate hand tools and power equipment safely under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites by removing debris and hazardous materials
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment as directed by site supervisors
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times
- Complete daily progress reports and time tracking accurately
- Participate in team briefings and project planning sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards preferred
