Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from trucks and transport them to job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks as directed.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure safety compliance.
- Follow all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Perform minor site preparation tasks, such as digging, lifting, and hauling.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience is required for entry-level roles.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from work is required.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and outdoor environments.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
