Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including digging, grading, and cleanup.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from trucks.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under the supervision of a foreman.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific protocols.
- Perform general maintenance and repairs as directed.
- Ensure the job site remains organized and debris-free.
- Communicate effectively with the project team and supervisors.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
