Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Site Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Assistance: Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks as directed.
- Equipment Support: Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely.
- Site Prep: Perform basic site preparation duties including digging, mixing concrete, and cleaning forms.
- Communication: Maintain clear communication with site supervisors and team members.
Qualifications
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and overtime when necessary.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are preferred.
- Attitude: Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
