Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks on the construction site.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools.
- Perform site cleanup, including debris removal and trash hauling.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints or instructions when directed.
- Support excavation, framing, or finishing tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (hot, cold, rain).
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Must have a valid ID and be eligible to work in the United States.
- Willingness to learn and follow directions from supervisors.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
